LL Solutions was formed by Husband & wife team Stuart Farrell & Diane Kelly in July 2020. The ethos of the Company is to provide a high-quality service to Landlords & Property Managers from the first contact until the project has been completed and beyond with all works carried out to the highest standards at all times.

As a Company we specialise in providing Landlords with all the up-to-date regulations for their rental properties, in addition to carrying out refurbs of properties to the highest standards, and carrying property maintenance once the fit outs have been completed and the property occupied.

We carry out all maintenance works including plumbing, electrical, roof repairs, specialist cleaning and emergency works as they arise.

We offer our clients a 24 hour dedicated service, with specialist line for tenant contact only.

Fitouts

We provide a high quality service to landlord to fit out property bringing them up to minimum regulations and completed to a high standard for new tenants moving in. These works would include clean and clear of both internal and external of properties, cutting back gardens, painting, installing new white goods if required, making sure all plumbing and electrics are working and safe, ensure correct floor covering is in place and replacing all items that are required to bring properties to standard. General Property Maintenance

We provide general maintenance for all landlords. In addition to plumbing and electrical works we provide general maintenance including leak detection, tiling, laying wood and laminate floors, laying carpets, painting, gutter cleaning and garden tidy up.

Plumbing

Our fully qualified and accredited professional plumbers are on hand for any plumbing requirements. We also carry out boiler services and heating repairs on all gas and oil systems and carry out RFI Certs. Electrical

Our fully qualified and accredited professional electricians are on hand electricial requirements. Render, Roofs, Patios, Concrete - Clean & Protect (Actiwash) System

In addition to providing a pressure washing service, we have ventured out to discover more modern and longer lasting cleaning methods. We are now recently pleased to announce the introduction of Actiwash - an all-in-one biocide that works to Clean + Protect outdoor surfaces. It eliminates the build up of red, green and black staining (algae, lichen Fungi mould and mildew)

Landlord Services

We provide landlords with up to date information on current regulations. We also inspect properties to ensure property has minimum standard requires, e.g., smoke alarms, CO2 alarms, window restrictors, fire packs etc. Tenant leaving and tenant moving in handover for landlords
